Easter at the Folletts

Easter weekend was celebrated in style. Kris flew into Phoenix on that Friday and she and Mom spent the day together then visited John, Karen, and Rachel and then even went to a baseball game with John. Easter was celebrated with a family brunch at Kris's house and all but one of these pictures are from that occassion.

Mom worked on this quilt for months It is a first  birthday present for Rachel and was delivered on her first birthday. As is proper, it is made from many pieces of old fabric. It is a wonderful thing to see. Mom calls this her meditation project. She could be found in the sewing room on almost any day with the dogs sitting next to her and working on this quilt for Rachel. Good job, Mom!
Friday evening at John and Karen's house. Looks a happy great-grandma there. Looks like Rachel likes her quilt.
