DINNER AT THE CARNIVORE RESTAURANT
We flew from Masai Mara to Nairobi where we were given day rooms at the Norfolk Hotel. Some of us went shopping in town and some of us did not. At 5:00 we got back into the Land Rovers once more and our trusty guides took us to the Carnivore Restaurant. It is well named because you probably don't go there if you don't want meat. The meat courses are all brought to each plate by a server who has a tray of pieces or has a huge piece of meat on a skewer. They put the skewer on your plate and slice off a piece. That's as fresh from the fire as it gets. I think I liked the Ostrich steaks the best; the camel as a bit tough and the crocodile tasted like fish. Beef and lamb were also served. We had a great time - nice touch WWF!

After we ate we got back into the Land Rovers one last time and were driven to the airport.
