Night Flowers was both fun and wonderful for us as we watched two cacti open their blooms in our front yard. Well, it was a slow night for TV.

In June, 2006 a terrific forest fire threatened Sedona and burned Oak Creek Canyon. These a few pictures taken from our backyard here in Clarkdale.
One fine day in August - actually August 1, 2006,  I took my daughter Betsy to the Arizona/Sonora Desert Museum just West of Tucson. We had a great time - we always do - and these are some of our nature pictures.
What does true Trekkies do in August? Why, they go to Las Vegas for the Hilton Star Trek Convention, of course. As if things aren't strange enough in that town....
We have a family member who is a football player at Cottonwood Middle School. We watched them beat Scottsdale Christian 68-0 and these are the pictures.
